RETURNS

Products may be returned for full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling) providing:

1. Products are returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Products are returned new and unused. (If product is defective, please see information below regarding defective products.)

3. Product is returned with original manufacturer's box and/or packaging, including instructions.

4. Before returning a product YOU MUST call or e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number (R/A). You can contact us at 1-866-388-8061 or e-mail us at info@thedailymug.com.

5. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

DEFECTIVE MUGS

THERMOS PRODUCTS - Thermos warranties their Thermos Nissan mugs for 5 years from purchase date against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Contact Thermos directly for warranty issues at 800-831-9242. You can also contact Thermos™ for replacement parts at the same number.

TRUDEAU PRODUCTS - Trudeau warranties their products for 5 years from purhcase date against defects. Please contact us at info@thedailymug.com regarding any issues you may have with a defective Trudeau product purchased from The Daily Mug.

SHIPPING

Continental US: Ground delivery orders ship via Federal Express. Alaska, Hawaii: Ground delivery ships via the United States Postal Service. Expedited delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii. APO and FPO addresses: Ground delivery ships via the United States Postal Service. Expedited delivery is not available to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipments over $100 require a signature. Most orders are shipped by the next business day.

Shipping cost will show on last page before you confirm and send your order. Shipping for Standard Ground starts at $7.99 for one item and $.50 for each additional item. Extra charges will apply for Standard Ground orders to Hawaii, Alaska will be displayed before you confirm and send your order. At this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or Guam.
